Man. I don't even know where to start. I'm mostly gonna get into some uneventful stuff because life in the past month has been one thing after another for me lately. I've just been feeling... Kind of fried lately. I'll be ok, though.

Anyways, Megaplex. I'll be there this year. It's also falling on my birthday weekend. Might be running into some of y'all going that weekend. Also, yes, I realize I've never got around to finishing last year's Megaplex blog entry. I apologize. My motivation to update this blog has been waning and I've especially been finding it difficult to format the Megaplex entry to my liking. I realize that's not a good excuse either. Anyway, sappy stuff aside, I'm looking forward to this year's convention. I'm going to see if I can make a badge in time for it too!

What else.. Art Fight. This year's has been very productive with about 13 Attacks produced for the event. It's a bit lower than last year but I think the new tablet I got this year has been helping a lot. It was just a little tricky with my trip to Louisiana and some other eventful things coinciding with it! The former was fun regardless; I've attended a martial arts seminar over there and it was pretty cool. I even got to try some good food. Got well-acquainted with the group, too.

Somewhat belated but that's pretty much a wrap! Thanks to all who exchanged some wonderful art with me. I think this has been one of my most productive Art Fights since 2022, and just as productive as 2018, too. I think the one difference is that I did not burn myself out this time! I had a more consistent and concrete schedule for my Attacks, mostly thanks to the use of a kanban-style board. More specifically, Trello. Ok, maybe it is a bit of a shameless plug but it's a good one! Promise.

Is it really post-con depression if you weren't able to go to the convention yourself?

Well, that's been my thought for the past weekend. Although I was able to catch the Main Events stream and try out the Furality Gateway instance for one day, the matter of fact is that I *was* originally going to be at the convention this year. It all started back in March, when the room block for Megaplex '23 opened this year. I was about to head into work at the time when I got the notification in the Telegram Channel, so I hurriedly reserved my room in hopes of securing it in time, eager to attend after a 1-year hiatus. Then, I went on my merry way.
